Sometimes our biggest enemy stems from fighting the reality that is right in front of you.
If something is really bothering and upsetting you in your life right now, take a pause and breathe deeply while imagining that everything in your life at this very moment is there to teach you something—or for you to help someone or something in your world. Keep breathing into any area of your life that is causing you tension. With each breath in, imagine sending love and healing to that person, place, situation, or thing that is causing tension. With each exhale, consciously release the tension. Continue until you feel a lightness and appreciation for this very moment.
Cultivating a mindset of wonder and curiosity can fill you with gratitude. From gratitude comes a heightened sense of freedom, acceptance and love.
