A room of darkness can be transformed by lighting one candle. Living your purpose is much like a lit candle in a dark room. When you shine your light, it imbues light onto the surroundings and others around you.
Shining your light also models it for others. It can inspire others to cultivate purpose in their lives. If you had to overcome any obstacles, the steps you took may have carved a path that others can follow.
We are all role models. You never know what influence you may have or what unintended gifts you’ve given to others. It may be with the people you know, don’t know, or future generations. Give the gift of your light and let the rays touch where they are needed.
Inspiration for the Day: “How far that little candle throws his beams! So shines a good deed in a weary world.” –William Shakespeare
