Great Post Kimberley and super advice. That is why I have committed myself to try something new EVERY DAY: either a new route home, food, meet a new person, write a new poem, read a new book, listen to new music, say hello to a stranger, or just do a different combination of things. Growing old is mandatory, growing stale is optional!
